I am Pavankalyan Dosa, a Senior SailPoint Engineer with more than six years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) and identity governance and administration (IGA). I build practical, secure identity programs using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud.

Focus

I design and support lifecycle management and lifecycle event workflows, access governance, provisioning, aggregation, certifications, roles, entitlements, and custom connectors. My experience spans Workday, Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, web services, Okta, HR feeds, and cloud applications.

My approach combines thoughtful collaboration, practical automation, and strong compliance discipline.

I enjoy turning complex identity requirements into reliable solutions: automating joiner-mover-leaver processes, improving identity data quality, delivering application integration, and giving security and business teams clear access governance. I work comfortably with Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, TypeScript, SQL, REST, SOAP, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SailPoint APIs.
